By clicking “I Agree”, you, the client, confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by GILDED REVERIE (the studio) and Stardog23 (the artist). Please read these terms carefully before agreeing.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and GILDED REVERIE (the studio) / Stardog23 (the artist) (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), regarding your use of our tattooing services and any other services we may provide (collectively, the “Services”).

 • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You agree to review the Terms regularly to be aware of any modifications.

2. Age Restriction

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Health and Safety

  • You acknowledge that you have been informed of the risks associated with tattooing, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and potential unforeseen health complications.

 • You confirm that you do not have any health conditions that may make getting a tattoo inadvisable, such as issues related to blood clotting, allergies to ink, or compromised immune system.

4. Design Approval

  • You agree that the artistic interpretation and style of the tattoo artist are part of the service, and minor deviations from the agreed design are acceptable.

5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

6. Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the specified timeframe.

 • Once the tattooing process has begun, you agree to complete payment for the agreed-upon price of the service. There are no refunds for completed tattoos.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You grant GILDED REVERIE (the studio) and Stardog23 (the artist) the right to photograph your tattoo and use the image for promotional, portfolio, and commercial purposes without further compensation.

8. Liability Waiver

  • You release GILDED REVERIE (the studio) and Stardog23 (the artist) from all liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from the Services provided, except those resulting from the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the artist.

9. CCTV

  • Please note that all premises are monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. GILDED REVERIE (the studio) and Stardog23 (the artist) reserves the right for its employees and contractors to review footage as required and by entering onto our site you consent to your image being recorded and reviewed and waive any and all claims in relation to the same. 10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any dispute arising from the Services shall be governed by the laws of Manchester, UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Acknowledgment
